These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flight Strip (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the strips, notes, files, and other content you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the teammates you share it with.
4. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
